The heritage listed interwar Wool and Hide Store had been infilled with a mismatch of previous era’s garish fit outs which concealed the impressive architectural structure of the building.  The client’s brief was to strip away these previous architectural indiscretions so as to emphasise the building’s striking heritage features, while also providing modern services and amenities which befit high-quality commercial spaces.
