The Songbird Street site has been established, with the contractor Plexxcon pushing to get out of the ground quickly.  With prefabrication a key driver to minimise on site work, framing progressed rapidly with the roof, performance glazing and detailed fit out following promptly. Due for handover to the Childcare operator in days, everyone is very pleased to provide such a beautiful addition to the Songbird Estate landscape.

The Mission

Our client has partnered with EDQ and C&K to deliver a quality childcare experience ready for families looking for excellence in outdoor play education within the quite leafy suburb of Oxley. As part of this brand new estate, the centre has been designed to capture the residential feel drawing inspiration from mid-century modern ranch style homes. With this project breaking ground by Plexxcon construction in early 2023 this will be a welcome addition to the amenity of the Yuingi precinct.
